    sounds like the control module is faulty but i have had trapped wires behind the facia short to earth cause this problem, if you have a go yourself PULL THE PLUG and ISOLATE it from the MAINS SUPPLY.

    Hi Steph,
    HE Is a heater related fault so it engineer time, have a look in the repairs toolbox on the left hand side of the page or pop up your post code.

    any up vent more than 2.5 mts and you will have severe problems with the air flow as kwatt says it will need a motor unit fitted futher up to assist the flow.

    Most likley the drum support spyder has cracked i have had loads like this in the last six months, try the machine with a full load of clothes as run empty fault never shows.

    try selecting/touching both the + and – controls together and hold them for 5 seconds, i think that used to sort it.

    Hi pup,
    don,t be put off them to much by the comments, if its extra work on top of your normal workload then fine, but you will not make a living on the rates they are paying, stick with it till something better gets offered, after all we all have mouths to feed.

    Have a look back in the forums as regards to GB Dar. personly my only problem with them was prebooked calls coming in at 3pm the day before.

    Hi,
    it is most definatly the PCB.
    not really a high cost for the repair, but prices do vary from area to area pop your post code up or look in the repairs section (red toolbox) for an engineer in your area and ask for a quote.
