    Customer has gone back to manufacturer.

    It seems to me reading this section that many of the better manufacturers are going the way of the cheepo machines with dodgy electrics etc.
    I`m a big Neff/Siemens/Bosch installer and still believe they are quality machines but for how much longer?.

    Door lock is heat marked on casing so looks like it could be expensive.
