Just an update……..

Well I called Bosch UK this morning and yes the website was down.

However this didnt help me as the model “should be listed” but wasnt.

The kind lady I spoke to has arranged for a hard copy to be sent out free
of charge so I cant complain I guess.

BTW it is exactly the same portal for support for Siemens which suprised me……….

I thought Bosch were an established German brand on their own
and not combined with Siemens.

Thank you for your replies.

As I said the Bosch site link seems to be down…..previously I have downloaded other manuals without problems.

When I request WVD24520GB/01 in the search box my browser just hangs(tried Firefox and IE) with the message

“waiting for portal.bsh-partner.com”

Previously I recall seeing lists of pdf files having downloaded WAE32464GB(which I nearly bought a few weeks ago) I cant get at this
either now so my own conclusion is the site is currently down.

Can someone maybe confirm this for me in case its my security or browser settings stopping the file access?

Thanks for the part number BTQ -I will have to fork out a tenner if I cant sort a download source!
