On to something….its down to 2 ohm so definitely need new one. Anyone got the part number. Its in a assisted living with about 8 of these washer dryers in. All under 18 months old all failing regularly. The issue with these is both letting water in during dry cycle. One of them (the 2 ohm one) is cutting out once warm, after 20 secs. I’ve replaced 2x drain pumps on them and pcb’s…..absolutely hate the place, centre of seaside town with poor parking as well
Bloody hell:o I saw that but never twigged. Why does this sort of thing only happen on a mates machine

I’ll be a bit vexed if he’s given me the wrong model but it wouldn’t surprise me.Thanks, was thinking it was a mastic but didn’t want to prize it. I hate newer Hoover stuff with a passion I used to keep for Indesit.
Cheers Gents, I think I’ll fit the heat pump and start from there. At least then I’ll know that’s tickets boo.
I think they have burnt a few bridges with JLA. Costs them over £1k a year for a service contract on it:o Think I might have to try the manufacturer route.
Aye Dave could be, was thinking either that or flow meter. Have to book a bit of time and do a big prod….probably find then there’ll be a six month wait for part and they’ll go for new after all 🙁
Turns out the parcel that needed ID wasn’t for us, but he took ours as well. We got them back the next day with our usual driver.
