    F2 or two times flashing.water leakage.maybe leakage on the sump,softener,regeneration dosage,tube.as per error codes.

    did you say you have replaced boards ?.how old is the f/freezer ?.whats the 85………. number and serial number ?.have you excessive frost in freezer that you can see ?.

    Have had a bit of a problem with the door interlock and door latch change both should sort it.

    sounds like a classic motor gone.can u give me the 85 number and serial number will get u the part number then,both 12 digits long.

    sounds like its not doing the defrost cycle,sometimes the heater has disconnected from the terminal,other times its the back board gone,mostly because the condenser is blocked.can do a selftest on these whats the 85 number and the serial number under it both 12 digits long ?

    whirlpool part number for the control board prgr 480140101592 position number 5210 it fits kfid45a hope this helps.

    it sounds like ur condenser is blocked with lint and that has stopped the cooling air to ur back board,condenser is behind the grill at the bottom of the fridge door,it needs to be totally cleared of lint,and then maybe a new back board,when u changed ur b/board did u replace the front one ? ur machine is an 02 model.
