Nice to see you on the forum Tony. You used to do fault finding sheets some while ago, usually came out when we bought replacement timers from you. Are they still available ? or alternatively would you consider putting them on site. Regards – Ian.

Welcome aboard Steve Donovan. For those of you who are not aware of his position, he is Customer Service Manager for Crosslee (hope I got that right Steve) Before we all fall out again, just let me clarify the Crosslee service operation as explained to me by Steve on Friday.
EAC cover – Refrigeration, Hostess and small tumble dryer products
Whirlpool – Large tumble dryers
Service Force – Large and gas tumble dryers
If any of that is incorrect I’m sure Steve will clarify it. I might add that this company has no further connection with their product other than private repairs. You may have to fight your corner here Steve, but at least you will be able to see where we think you are going wrong, and at the same time put forward your case. You can rest assured that if you log on here, you will be one of the first to know if you’ve upset someone. An interesting debate this one. Seems the I’s have it. We have got the same problem as Bonzaco and whilst we are not holding our breath, I have sent a fax to Connect Distribution requesting further info, I’ll let you know what response I get. Perhaps in the meantime some of you larger companies might consider how difficult it is to exist in this environment for the small fry. We have in many cases to rely on the goodwill offered by the big fish.
