    Only shown as one switch on CONNECT DISTRIBUTION. but when you
    enlarge the picture it shows four different switches but no bracket.

    It’s the grill energy regulator I require, any idea if OROTCTLA is equivalent to an EGO 50 57071 010 (14ER05)?

    Ordered Dishwasher from BDC last week was told it would be delivered on the Thursday, had someone wait in all day for the delivery, phoned them 5.00pm Thursday and was told it would not be delivered until the Friday.

    It appears that they don’t have there own delivery drivers now.(Deliveries now made by Night Freight).

    I use Microsoft Works Calendar as my Diary for appointments, this has a FIND FACILITY which allows you to search the calender.

    I usually use the customers telephone number to do the search,this brings up any appointments or work done for that customer.

    I also use Quickbooks for any invoicing.

    What is the model no. Please ?
    Usually without the MODEL number details we are at a complete disadvantage. The model number is usually in the form of a fixed plate located on the door surround, door hinge, on the fascia panel, behind the filter door flap, stamped on the back panel or even listed in the documentation you got with the appliance.
