Re: Caple Cooker C205F/SS Parts Required

Through Connect now Laurence, they have Caple on mediator now but not that model I’m afraid 😕

They should be able to supply though.

Re: Aeg 2792-4GA Freezer Fan Problems

No service info on this model and what there is is German.

I’ve emailed a parts diagram of the evaporator and fan, hopefully that should help.

Hold down buttons 2 and 4 (counting from the left) at the same time for a few seconds, that should reset the PCB.

    See how that goes 🙂

Re: stoves dual fuel oven, part no’s please, both oven stats

It’s not on the current Stoves disk Tell.

A call to them on 0870 444 9929 is the only option I’m afraid.

    Sorry, my fault 😳

No more news articles until I get the nod.

If there’s a topic that needs remaining “at the top” please let me know in future and I’ll avoid publishing new ones 😉

The user manual probaly won’t tell you to be honest.

1+3 flashing means the filters are blocked according to Merloni (Ariston) the manufacturer.

It’s probably not draining quickly enough, check the outlet spigott where the drain hose connects to the sink trap (if it does) as they block easily there 🙂

If you decide to look any further, please power off :zap: or if you need an engineer please check the repairs@ link below.

Geoff, you already have the manual:

It’s the same fridge freezer basically just a newer version, same part numbers etc apply 😀

I thought it was, it is now 😉 😆

It’s a pain when a censored word forms part of another though, no way round it so Arsenal is now allowed again just for the footy fans but please don’t abuse it 😯

The hob is a separate appliance with it’s own gas and power supply 🙂

I would think either the timer or a thermal cut has failed if you’ve checked the fuse/circuit breaker etc ?

A Corgi registered engineer is required legally to repair this being gas, please check the repairs@ link below or the Corgi website at http://www.corgi-gas-safety.com

    1. Labour will be at £60 do we add an administration fee to this?
    2. What prices do we give them for parts supply?actual cost? trade price or some other figure?
    3. Do we add the cost of parts distribution to the quote?
    4. If we do add parts distribution, do we add distribution to the cost of each part individually? Do we quote an average figure per or does is come out of the margin UKW make on the parts supply?
    5. Do we replace new for old on BER?

    1. Not sure on that one, how much admin is involved, how much did Indy cost to be developed and who has paid for it’s development so far ?

    2. Trade price I think, that way we have a 15{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} margin built in and the underwriters can easily check the Beko trade prices if they wish.

    3. Yes, already discussed today, go with £6.50 as an initial figure across the board, in reality it will be far less, £4.50 which is Interlink’s cheapest rate for up to 1kg which is by far the most used. We can also use Special Delivery via Royal Mail to keep our 24 hour promise which is half that.

    4. As above 🙂

    5. Hmm, in theory there shouldn’t be any BER, we will need to beat the undewriters up on this I think, it depends what they quote as a BER limit I guess.

    My initial thoughts…

    Dave.
