There’s several references to this range of fridge freezers and this very fault here in the forums but no resolution apart from anengineer to be honest, to find them, if you go to the search here:

In the known error codes under Smeg 😉 but I don’t think that’s a known one, check the dispenser solenoid though as that’s a common problem with these.

The oven was made by Stoves but the hob model doesn’t show up for some reason.
I can’t see a problem getting spares as a lot of parts are cross matched. Have you checked repairs@ (see link below) for an engineer ?

It’s almost certain to be the PCB in that case, it sounds as though it’s staying on the defrost cycle. No easy way of testing to be honest 🙁
