    Eek :eeek:

I’ve just found your order, you ordered a Diplomat washing machine drain pump from the online shop, not the dishwasher circulation motor above (which isn’t in the shop).

That may be partly my fault now I’ve read the email again from earlier, I bet you thought you were getting a bargain eh ? 😆

I’ll email further info shortly to get it sorted.

EC600 EM DOa is a freestanding cooker 😉

All the knobs should just pull off normally which should reveal more 🙂

    Power off :zap:

Nope, the new pump will be a “real” motor not the magnetic type as the original but it fits in exactly the same way.

There’s a small bag in the box with a couple of screws to secure the bracket on the new pump to the rear of the cabinet 🙂

    Re: Belt for Hotpoint TS12

Knowing Hotpoint’s serial number and date code system ther’s an easy way to tell the 2 different possible belts for this model.

On is tensioned by a spring loaded pulley next to the motor, the other is a stretch on belt with no pulley.

Let me know and I can sort one out easily for you 🙂

The infra red (if faulty) is two parts, the sender £41 and the reciever £71 to give an idea of costs.

Can you forward the email recieved from repairs@ to admin@ukwhitegoods.co.uk please Tim if you’ve had no contact 🙂

    Re: servis mo330w

It sounds like an electronic fault in that case, no technical info on this model though I’m afraid.

It may be best to ask an engineer to attend and check, try the repairs@ link below 🙂

It’s to do with the temperature control, if you follow this link to the forum search and search for F03 you’ll find pleant of references to it, check all the Indesit and Ariston related posts 🙂

Re: access to the ISE forum

We have a 50/50 split then on this as I tend to agree with Ken to be honest. As I said in the other thread, to stop or restrict would seem to be us on the defense or worse still stiffling opinion.

Open, honest and allowing free speach from the start is what UKW has always been and yes, I know ISE is a different kettle of fish as far as business is concerned before you all rip my knackers off, but and the big but is ISE will always be a UKW project as far as the guys on the site are concerned. It’s of little consequence to them whether it’s a seperate company.

We need feedback whether that may be good, bad, indifferent or pure shite even if it does get on my/our tits 😉

IMO, if we try to stop the critics then we are no better than those WP’s etc that we have all battled with for doing much the same thing.

The answers thus far have been spot on and the guys that I have spoken to on the phone or by PM/email have shown undying support…..

I dunno, I may be off the mark but 😕
