If it is the drum kit required which is quite likely they are in the region of £100 just for the part I’m afraid 🙁

The grill element was part number R2100023 but it’s definitely not a Delonghi, no picture I’m afraid.

Homespare http://www.homespare.com have the best range of simmerstats I’ve seen with pictures, Ego numbers, shaft sixes etc

Either the knob or indicator are broken by the sound of it, probably the latter. They are all seperate parts so will be replaceable.
We’ll need the full model WFF2000GB/?? from inside the door or on the rear please to identify accurately.
If you’re unsure about how to remove then it may be best to ask an engineer, the repairs@ link below should provide one.
Power off if you go further yourself of course :zap:

The grill element has failed almost certainly by the sound of it.
As this is a duel fuel appliance your landlord will not be legally able to repair it himself, he must ask a Corgi registered engineer to attend.
You could check the repairs@ link below for one on his behalf to speed things along a little 😉
