It’s obsolete I’m afraid 🙁
Anyone got a 481945069227 outer door glass laying about ?

ParticipantRe: Parts for a Brandt hob
Another one then 🙁
I had exactly the same last week with an Induction hob, all 5 temperature sensors had the same position number with no indication of which one was which 😕
Even the email address I was given for tech support was wrong so it took me another day to sort that out before I managed to get the correct part number.
Dave.
PS, I’ve emailed them asking for the correct part number Malc 😉

You can try:
RDS Dom App Repairs 01635 298300
I’m not sure if they are a UK Whitegoods member or whether they repair Diplomat to be honest.
Failing that, MFI normally answer pretty quickly, they are on 08457 959722, is that the number you have ?

ParticipantRe: Need thermostat for Creda 37543 tumble drier
The above include VAT but not delivery which is £3.50.
The heater and thermostat are in the shop here, I can easily add the jockey pulley if required.
Let me known when you’ve decided.
Dave.

ParticipantRe: lovely tecnik d/washer
These are normally either Bosch or Whirlpool Pinky, it’s not a Whirlpool I checked and Bosch don’t list the Tecnik products on their website for some reason.
Give them a call on 08705 543210 they should be able to identify and supply for you.

They definitely have Alex.
I had a phone call this morning from a most concerned Roy regarding the lack of response from customer services and I don’t currently carry out any work for them.
As you rightly say I like to keep a balance as well, so thanks for reading and responding to our concerns Connect 😀

ParticipantRe: diplomat 8132 – arms not spinning
You could check the arms themselves for blockages Ian.
The arms are “pushed” round by the water jets along the sides and at the ends, if you check all the holes that may solve it.
If not, then here’s alonk to an engineer in your area from the directories:

ParticipantRe: Hygena APL 8224/1 help
It sounds like a partial blockage in the air break to me which is not a DIY job to be honest.
It shouldn’t be too bad a job to resolve the problem, if you pop your postcode up, someone here should be able to assist with a repair for you, or check the directories for an engineer in your area.

ParticipantRe: Need thermostat for Creda 37543 tumble drier
Now it makes more sense what your other post was about, sorry I didn’t tie the two together 😳 – Monday mornings 😉
The heater is £19.95, the TOC (Thermostat) is £7.95 and the jockey pulley(s) £7.95 each (you may need two).
I think there’s an access panel on the bottom of these, lay the machine on it’s side.

ParticipantRe: Creda cooker element, no not that one!
So it is 😯
I’ve never seen that one before to be honest, I checked all the pattern suppliers I have details of and not one has them listed 🙁
The only other one that may fit physically is ELE3720 (Connect) although they are only 1kw.
