It may be due to your ISP, some have security stuff built in and will block sites unless you specify that they are safe.

I am at the moment having a HUGE battle with BT over thier spam policy, but I’l leave that for another day 😉

    Re: Why do Customers ……….

…..attempt DIY repairs when they have absolutely no idea what they are doing.

My collegue here, Don, took a phone call from a customer who has a Zannussi washer overheating and assumed he needed a new motor as he was under the impression the heat generated by the the motor was somehow transfered to heat the water in the drum :rotfl:

    :eeek:

The number has changed to 08457 959722, I’m sure one of their agents will cover the IOW 😀

    Re: Indesit Inner Door Panel

No need to strip anything down ! The door is removable for cleaning.

Drop the door down to it’s fully open position, there should be something on the door to “lock” the hinges in position.

There’s a file here you can download for a Creda model which should be similar, take a look at page 9 😉

    See if that helps.

    Re: Indesit Inner Door Panel

OK, first of all you will need to remove the whole door from the oven as described in the user manual.

There will be some screws at the bottom of the door holding the lower trim on. There may also be some screws going through from the inner panel holding the handle on (hard to tell from diagram), if not don’t worry. Once you’ve removed those, the outer glass will now be free and come away from the inner panel. You will then have to remove the hinges and transfer them to the new inner panel, then put it all back together.

Be carefull with the outer door glass dropping, best was is to lay the whole door on a flat surface.

    Hope that helps.

No problem, deleted for you 😀

One bearing comes out one way and the other the other way. i.e. The rear bearing needs to be knocked out towards the rear and vice-versa for the other one.

The bearing kit for the machine is £18.50 inc VAT and postage, if you would like one ordered and sent on to you, drop me an email.

Hi, the door handles aren’t a problem. Although they aren’t cheap at £14 each inc VAT plus a bit of postage.

If you want 1 or 2 drop me an email and I can order and send on to you. 😀

Re: Bosch SRS4602GB/13 Module set up

Just for your benefit Rob, even if the main pcb has failed the list price from Bosch is £69.56 plus VAT, so even with a bit of postage added the part would not be more than £90.00 inc VAT.

Bit steep £100 labour charge methinks 😯

    Re: Servis M6135 user manual

Dazza, the download link is only for product brochures, Servis UK choose not to make their user manuals available for download 🙁

As Martin says, you will need to phone them and order that way, which they will make a charge for.

Please let us know how you get on.

    Regards

    Dave.
