Dose the machine display any error codes (count the flashing lights before the pause or may be shown as a numerical display).

Then look up the codes to work out what the fault may be.

I have had issues with these machines having faults on the flow meter witch is part of the air brake on the left hand side. 481241868368.it measures the amount of water flowing into the dishwasher instead of the pressure created by water in the sump.

Bosch machines had a similar issue but the flow meter was a separate cheap part.

Remove the side panel and check if the valve is letting water through the flow meter whilst pumping. If it is, I would try the replacing airbrake chamber. You can get the Contact Reeds for the flow meter 481231019147 (included in the airbrake) but when I have tried these in the past they didn’t work, they are the cheaper option to try though.

If there is no water flowing then I would start to check the valve and the connections to it as, as far as I am aware, the dishwasher will only progress from the initial pumping once it has detected the water flowing through the flow meter and it can safely measure the water flowing into the machine.

    Hope this is a help.

connect seems to be taking manuals of the mediator and just leaving a lot of models with just part diagrams.

The element has 240v to both terminals the element. tested using a multimeter.

The dishwasher has been plugged into a socket with no earth connection, didn’t know if this could cause any common pcb issues.

i have run the units there is no leaks that i can see from the dispenser and softener units at the front and i cant see any internal component leaks. it seems that the lid for the tank is not always closing on either side. the motors are running but not bring the threaded pin down at the bottom of the motor. is this a known issue and am i looking at new motors or other parts

    thanks for all the advice

I have a number of issues with the beko units. i have changed 5 sets of pcb’s (small control and main rear board)and have had no success. there is a thermistor in the evap in the freezer but is sealed into the insulation and cant remove, also cant find the details for the part (not visible in the diagram. can anyone shed any light on this issue as is extremely common.
