    Thanks Dave.

    I have done all the above checks and everything was ok thats why I was wondering if there should be seals.I will email comenda for a parts diag to check .

    When I told a customer my call out charge she was horrified and said that doctors charge less. I said I had thought about being a doctor but there wasnt enough money in it !!

    If you are looking to give the customer a rough age of the machine and you dont know the date codes then look at the back of a piece of moulded plastic on the machine. Any plastic for the past 15 years or so will have a month and year stamp on them .

    As rolling pins arent always available I use the handles of screwdrivers.

    Going into diagnostics reset it. I have had another one do the same thing on Friday too !!

    I have never done one but I would think that putting the collar into an oven at highest temp for a while would expand it enough to slide onto the shaft easily.
