    Re: Neff S54T59

Sorry,I should have reported back sooner. I cleaned and tightened all connections with no success, so I fitted a new module and that sorted the problem. Thanks for the help.

Rather than break the handle unscrew the lid and reach inside and push over the latch from the inside

If the handle is broken ,the door locked and the machine integrated then this is the quickest way I have found to open it.

I thought of that but the Beko normaly fills and then stops but this does not fill at all.

    Re: Leisure DWLT 65

I am still having problems with this. I replaced the float switch just in case but its still the same. I have noticed however that after it drain pumps at the start , if I flick the float switch a few times then it fills and washes. It doesn’t complete the cycle though. Does anyone have a test procedure for it PLEASE.

Re: Old Hoover dryer D6150 not turning

There is a cut-out in those motors and they fail. The old twin tub used the same coil but without the cut-out. Check that the motor is clean and oil its bearings. Also check the front drum bearings to make sure the drum is free to turn. If its still cutting out then the motor is faulty.

    Thanks Captain.
The stat is O/C so then I suppose its an overheat stat. I just wanted to know what its function was. I don’t think there is anything wrong other than the element.
    Cheers.
