    thanks don that looks like the stuff, unfortunately already fitted it with another tape and it started to slide,had a look at some stuff for car badges which looks pretty good, going to order proper one from distri,and also some of the car stuff just to compare,car stuff will be cheaper in the long run same sort of price as distri but a 5 meter roll.

    Thanks for the reply Lee8 already had a look at what you have suggested. Cant find any bad contacts or signs of heat damage. Hoping it would be a common fault that everyone had come across apart from me. Lol. Ill go back tomorrow and dig a little deeper.

    Thanks Martin pretty basic machine so had sneaky feeling that would be the problem, but its always good to here someone else’s opinion.

    Ill bare that in mind Martin but as of yet after cleaning the sensor strips i haven’t had a call back. This machine does get a lot of use.

    Thanks for the input Seamy and Martin. Will give them a call but will only attend on my terms. Lol. and yes i warned them about running the machine whilst not being in attendance.

    the customer is traumatised as it takes to long to do his bacon.
