    Thanks Jason1970 went through the basics brushes etc on first call but everything seemed OK presumed it was a board fault hence asking on here. Thanks for reply

    Do you mean they put a four element heater on it and just use two?? Theres definetly four elements.

    Thanks Clive it’s an odd one cause after getting it to circulate. Then open and shut the door again and it doesn’t start again. Am I right in thinking that the valve would be still in the same position (open) so if the door was opened and shut it would still work? Not sure if I understand what I just wrote lol.

    Heater strips at the bottom just inside the door porthole stick your head in look down and you will se some raised metal strips

    Thanks Dave I’ll have a look. Problem with this machine is they had an engineer from currys know how to have a look at it as its only just more than a year old and they are in dispute, the customer says he put a board on it plus a washpump still didn’t get it going went back to his office said he couldn’t find fault. So now currys want a report arranged through the customer off an independent engineer. As you can imagine with no fault code guide or technical info from manufacturer after going through the basics I’m at a loss. Ahhh

    Just empties as soon as it fills can’t hear wash pump trying to start no humming or any noise other than fill and drain
