hi bob, and bryan, i tried undoing latch with screwdriver and the thing was stuck fast ❗ but i shall give it a go on friday. the string theory sounds good 💡 cheers guys.

aquastop will need to be reset. 😉 unscrewing it from the pipe to release pressure usually works 🙂 (turn water off first)

probably blocked pump ❗ sometimes there is a leak that shorts the pump and then 😈 the control module blows.

few years ago had to do incident report on how an 8 year old boy had fallen on an upturned knife in the cuttlery basket, while his mother was loading the plates. not very nice…. handles always up…
