    neue dishwasher

    Hi,
    At first this was overfilling, so replaced pressure switch,
    as advised on here,thanks.
    Now it fills correctly, but will not heat.
    Thermister seems ok, no burn ups on pcb.

    Oh and heater Ok, no mains to it.

    Any ideas?

    Tried this..also unplugged for 10 mins
    has left unplugged overnight to (hopefully)
    discharge memory and maybe dry out something!

    Sorry dont know, its me mate thats got the job.
    He is a self employed ex hotpoint engineer.
    Has seen the element, about 10 to 12 inches square with a vee in the centre.

    Thanks Jim,
    Already checked all above, and
    machine does heat in test mode. Just wont
    come out of test. I know there are 2 boards,
    and Connect are sposed to have sorted correct
    one by serial number.

    I have removed the base, removed and reconected the inlet valve from the tap, which often resets these things on other makes.
    trouble is machine will not fill, so cant hunt for the leak
    machine starts, but after about 10 secs, inlet/outlet
    light comes on and machine drain pump turns on
    I was thinking that maybe it had to have the electronics
    reset somehow?

    thats almost what i thought.
    except flowmeter is only about 8 weeks old.
