    Hi All,

The last six months have seen us go from one product to five and upgrade our main appliance the ISE 5.

It has not gone without problems, wrong spec on the initial container of ISE 10s and delays due to testing and bad weather for the new five but we now have a full warehouse and are looking forward to receiving our 5 dishwashers in June (firm date will be given when they are on the water).

Your patience and support during what has been a stressful period for us all has been fanastic and greatly appreciated.

The next six months are all about infra structure.

We are now going to hold any more new product introductions until 2009 to give us some breathing space to catch up with our size. Guarnteed quick supply of spare parts, availability of technical information and support is vital to us and will be our key focus over the coming weeks.

Marketing material to support the range has been printed an intial 1000 brochures have been printed to get the ball rolling are available as is instore display material.

Our advertising and PR work is gathering pace with the recent Sunday Express article following the Ecologist and New consumer ads. We will continue will a presence and the Sunrise ‘eco’ festival at the end of the month and some advertorial work with the Lorraine Kelly magazine and website during the summer where we attack the issue of ‘style over substance’.

The message is slowly getting out there and I hope you are all benefiting from greater consumer awareness.

I hope to get round everyone who has not seen me this year and more importantly the new machines over the next 8 weeks.

Once again thanks for your continued support.

    Regards

    John

    Cheers

Is this an agent or a member of the public?

I don’t think we should be drawn into discussing prices in the public forums

    Hi All,

I am surprised at the heat of the debate over this issue.

We have done some joint marketing activity with Aquados on ‘netmums’ which worked well, and we will do somemore.

I am talking to a number of ‘green’ organisations with a view to a bit of mutual back scatching.

The reason there is no mention of detegents in our ads is simplly that at over £3 per word we are only going to talking about ISE.

    I hope this information helps.

    Hi Guys,

We are not keeping ISE 2 a secret though I appreciate your thinking Jim be keeping it away from machine wreckers.

Apart from the clarity of the instruction manual which Ken is working on, the reason why we don’t sell ISE 2 on line is logistical cost.

To hit the trade price we already have to deliver them as part of an order of three or we make a loss. To Deliver and pay for one you to install a web-sale would be £87 + V.A.T. this would make the ISE 2 over £300, which is poor value for a 5kg 2 year guaranteed machine.

Therefore it will remain as a trade only product for the foreseeable future and we hope will ultimately become a favorite for reconditioning at end of life to to the low cost ‘no mark up’ parts.

    Cheers

    Re: MD Monthly Update

    Hi All,

It’s been a while since I updated you on the public forum.

It’s been a great few months in terms of sales, for which I would like to thank all the ISE agents for their continued support; but it’s been tough as we expand our infra-structure and bring in new products to meet the your requirments for quality products that you service as well as sell but we have to get them at the right price.

The move to Highway Express gave us stand alone logistics which has openned lots of doors to us but has not been without problems.

Your desire for a high quality 10 year guaranteed machine to compete with Meille was met with the Asko made ISE 10 which we should have had in July. I only satifactually agreed a solution with the UK agent on Tuesday (full information available on the Sellers Forum or by calling me).

ISE 2 has been successfully launched and our initial high volumes means we will get UK exculisivity on it’s design in the new year.

The original ISE (ISE 5) is two years old and we have reached the point where an upgrade is appropriate, more information on this in the new year.

We have not been able to source a quality tumble dryer to suppliment the ISE 5 (the search goes on), though we do have Asko made ISE 10 dryers.

Our next product launches are likely to be Dishwashers , we have samples on the way and hope to have something to show you early in the new year.

All the changes have meant our product range has out grown our sales material. We will shortly go to print with a seller’s brochure (PDF version is available now) allong with new leaflets and display stands for those of you with showrooms.

Our first press adverts have appeared in New Consumer and the Ecologist over the last two months, boosting sales and producing enquiries from exciting sources.

Overall the positives massively out weight the challanges. Coming up to our two year aniversary we are very much still here, and setting the ground for some major expansion in 2008.

Thanks to all our agents for the support,

    Happy Christmas, Best wishes

    John

    Ken,

    Got my version this morning.

    Great effort.

As discussed 80{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} right and now is better than 100{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} right and when I get chance to do it.

I had been swamped doing 2000 miles a week showing people ISE 2, arguing about ISE 10 (now close to settlement, and organising the products logistics and cashflow for an upgraded ISE 5 and an ISE 5 Diashwasher which we should bring to market in the spring.

I am concious we despirately need upgraded our point of sale.

On the 14th December I am having a minor operation so will be office bound until after Christmas. I will then have chance sit down tidy up the brochure, design customer leave behinds for all products and look at some display units for those of you who have shops.

Your continued support is much appreciated

    Ken,

    Am I eligable for this??

If so, I call my deal with HMPS (8 washing machines) as the target for everyone to beat.

    Hi Jim

    That certainly is the intention.

In the spring we intend to bring out an upgraded ISE 5 which to clearly differentiate it from the 2.

Though this upgrade will mean the machines will cost us about £30 more than the current 5, we hope to sell them for the same price if not a little bit less due to the economies of scale we enjoy through selling four rather than one machine.

Part of this saving could be from administration saving by removing the 1 + 5.

Nothing is set in stone I will talk to all the selling agents including yourself after Christmas when I have a new ISE 5 and a ISE 5 dishwasher to show you and then we will agree on whether to phase out the 1 + 5.

    All your views are welcome.

    Regards

    John
