Just sat thinking about different clips I have seen over the years, Try a sharp tug forward with both hands towards the edge of the shelf. Some clips have small lugs which bend up in order to release them.

I have known shelves that indeed do have retaing clips for transportation purposes.

If you can take a photo that would help us, you would need to host it first on Google pics or the like.

The manual covers evrything else by the looks of it but the fridge shelves!!

Looks like it’s Beko made, have you tried to tilt the shelf upwards or downwards from the rear or front and sliding it towards you?

There is a DDCH90 downdrat hood info I can lay my hands on if it helps. H would seem logical for Cooker Hood.

    M and H?

We needed a small fridge for our French holiday this year for medications, food and drink.

Having thoroughly researched in car fridges with a mains option we went for the halfords 24 litre model which was small enough to go behind the front seat of the car. Mains option was handy to take fridge into accomodations we were staying in.

A good product which worked very well both in car and out.

It would appear that someone has screenshot this thread and NAC have posted it on the Facebook page of Whitegoods trade forum. https://www.facebook.com/groups/1505347319765965

It has backfired a little on NAC as there are some negative comments about the model etc.

I find Adblock helps a little but can cause slight problems with some other sites.

It may pay you to explore the Miele and Bosch destination demo stores. I know Miele experience centre is in London while Bosch and Neff hold in store baking days around the country. These events allow you to ask questions and get hands on in a limited way as well.

If you watch cooking programmes look at what the chefs are using, I know “top end ” suppliers will loan them free to get noticed. But it does give you an idea. Wolf seem to be popular at the moment on BBC and ITV channels. Then there is Lincat as well. If it’s good enough for them then ………..

    Unless anyone knows any different.

There are various reason why no one has replied.

It could be that there are no engineers on here who are familiar with the product or indeed the fault. Not everyone visits the forums regularly as they are out on calls earning a living which comes first. As moderators even we don’t know the answers to all the models and issues.

Oh and lastly none of us get paid for helping out on these forums, we do it because we like to help the public.

electrofix can you help the OP?

Just edited a post that Marsha2007 answered which was over two years old. IP address suggests America. You can tell from the grammar used they are not English.

    Will keep an eye.
