ModeratorRe: Prewash function on Hotpoint WMUD962P
Hi
I have a WMUD10637 on display which is the same as your 962. Having had a play around with it and reading the manual which again is the same as yours by the looks of it.
All the following page numbers are from my 10637, page 10 it states do not put any powder into compartment 2 (middle one which I would assume would be where the pre wash would normally go).
Page 8 setting wash intensity with the cleaning action button, if this is set to super it adds approx 30 mins to the cycle with increased water level and drum action and you can use 90 degree temp. This is the heaviest cycle available and should shift the most stubborn of stains while giving the best wash results.
Again on page 8 anti stain with resistant colours for a better than A class wash, which can be pre treated. This paragraph does need a lot of reading in order to obtain the best result.
It certainly looks like a pre wash as we know it is not used on this range of machines but the best wash results can be achieved by other options.
HTH 🙂

Hi Chrissy
This Beko BC73F is about all there is in a brand name sub £300. Yes it will take the sliding hinge system as well.Any reputable kitchen installer will be fit and cut a ventilation hole. I would ask family, friends and neighbours for a recommendation as word of mouth is probably the best way of securing good tradespeople.

HI chezza
How did you manage to cross reference the CDA to a Delonghi?

Hi Mike
I can’t find any reference to your model number I’m afraid. Element replacement here list CDA elements may help as it also gives the measurements as well.

I have to admit I have never seen one on their price file or website. They may be available in other countries and someone has brought it into the UK, who knows.

ModeratorRe: Commercial spares
Hi John
I can’t find any UK support but someone else may know different of course. They are an American company website here I can’t find your model number listed in the spares section. It may be the same as one of the ones listed though.
I would mail them first to ascertain the availability of spares, the cost of shipping and any minimum order value before you make a commitment.
It could be a lemon 😉Don
