    Hi

Bosch in their price range are the best IMO. The SMS69L22 is the only one which comes near to the Siemens models.

Siemens and Bosch are from the same stable, Siemens start effectively where Bosch range finishes so yes the build will be better as will the energy efficiency and noise levels will be a little lower. The guarantees are also longer as well.

    Hi

ISE have built a reputation on supplying quality products, with the best guarantees currently on the market. The appliances themselves are of a construction which is second to none. The guarantees are fund protected which you can read about here on the ISE site.

The beauty of ISE after sales service is that it is carried out by local service engineers, it may be that it’s the same engineer who installed it that arrives to look after it should it ever be needed.

Miele appliances are superb bits of kit, the guarantees are similar, but only when they are on promo do they get near to ISE. Miele also restrict service information to the independent repairer which makes them harder to repair and the spares are a lot more expensive by comparison. Bosch would be my choice in their price bracket and should last a good 6-8 years and with their two year warranty offer good value.

Why not click the ” find a dealer tab ” on the ISE site to find a local supplier to talk to.

    HTH 🙂

User Jesse Conant This user’s IP goes to Hong Kong. Signature is clearly advertising Vatti appliances as is a link in one of the previous posts made. The latest post has an attempted link as well.

When you read the posts made so far the user has two different kitchens with two very different set ups.

I am in two minds whether to PM asking politely of course 😉 to remove advertising signature and keep an eye or ban user as spammer.

    Anyone any thoughts?

No didn’t do the wheel. Had it been similar to the London eye then yes we would have done.

As part of my birthday this this year a (big one :rolls: ) we decided last night to go the the tattoo on 24th Aug, staying on Princes Street probably at the Premier Inn.

Going to give the Witchery a go on Trace’s recommendation 🙂

Re: New year’s eve invasion into Scotland……

Well we made it back after a couple of fantastic days. 75,000 odd along Princes Street having a great time and about a couple of thousand of us at the Ceilidh with about the best view of the fireworks at 9, 10, 11 and then the best show at midnight was just amazing. So impressed with Edinburgh for organising a great party and the speed at which the carnage was cleared. The hospitailty was second to none.

Walked to the Witchery T, what a great place and yes it does look like a great experience. We will deffinately try this on our next visit.

Ally we didn’t make the pub you mentioned but did the Tron on the Mile instead.

Found Sir Chris Hoy’s golden letterbox and walked around the Grassmarket and spent a little in the unique shops there which kept the girls happy.

Thankyou Edinburgh, we will be back.

    Hi Ally

Thanks for the info. Will probably give the Witchery a miss this time as we’re with friends. Will add this one to the Tattoo which is also on our bucket list.

No doubt we will walk along the Royal Mile, will keep an eye out for the tavern you mention.

Off to Holyrood Park for the Husky sled racing on Tuesday If we are up in time lol.

Have a great new years eve yourselves.
