    Hi Ricardo

Sadly boilers are not our thing on these forums.

I wouldn’t chase about trying to find an answer to your problem, get the engineer back and in the meantime I wouldn’t try to use the boiler, just to be on the safe side.

We have carpets in Devon 😛 no fancy floors up here 😉

Done about a dozen in total had both machines out at the same time one weekend.

The admin is easy through Connect website and the top up of fluid is automatic when sold with a rental.

Not going to make anyone a millionaire, but for the small amount of square footage it takes it’s a small earner.

    Hi Bernie

According to Whirlpool spares the element part number is 481225928915. Part number not recognised on Connect 😕

    Moved to trade spares 😉

    Hi Jane

Sadly we are unable to advise on DIY gas cooker repairs forum rule here as at the top of the forum.

Not the answer you may have been hoping for but in the interest of gas safety we recommend an LPG Gas Safety engineer is required.

You could try our find an engineer search here for a local one to you.

    Hi Dragan

I doubt very much that anyone on here will be able to help as it’s a mainland European brand found in Austria and Germany among others.

Head office contacts are here if you want to give them a go.

    Hi Jessie

If that picture is your 20 year old Neff ( which looks superb), why not keep that as your basic oven and buy a new multifunctional one.

I would stay with Neff or Bosch (same company) or if you want to go the full mile take a look at Miele.

    Hi

Had a quick scan around, sadly nothing at your height measurement at all I’m afraid.

So it looks like like option 2 is the way to go.
