You need to read the headline from the link Martin 😉

DRL are not interested in the bricks and mortar.

S and A are next to each other on keyboard maybe it’s an AEG 💡

It also appears the OP is posting from Germany so it could be that I’m wrong and it’s a local brand 😉

Re: Zanussi Frost Free Fridge Freezer NOT Frost Free!!

    Hi

It may be that the freezer door has been left open for a sustained period allowing warm air to be sucked in.

You will need to empty appliance, pull the plug and with some towels on the floor of freezer leave the doors open for three days to allow it to defrost. Placing a bowl of hot water in the freezer will speed up the process.

If the problem persists then it will be time for an engineers visit.

Looks like DRL could be in the frame for the brand and the website.

Re: Shallow depth washing machine – what is a good machine?

As an update 😀 and having a little dig around in the old brain cells which doesn’t take too long 😆

The only two slim depth washing machines in recent years have been the Bosch WLX24162 44cm deep and the Indesit IWSC5125 at 45cm deep. Not the greatest of sellers which is why they are no longer available.

A long shot I know but you could try ringing around dealers in your area who may have one left in stock.

    Hi

Bosch may go but it will be tight by removing the worktop lid and adding the height reduction lid WMZ2420 will reduce the depth from the rear bump to the front of the door trim would be 55cm as long as your plumbing is coming from the side as you only have about 3cm along the bottom.

An alternative cabinet would be the new Hotpoint WMEF range which are only 55cm deep overall.

It may be time to take your tape measure and visit a local retailer to see what I mean.

As the good Doc says 53cm is very shallow 😉
