For woollens no more than 800 spin you should use the woollens cycle for a gentle drum agitation.
What are the wash care symbols on these items?

Hi
The temperature may be okay but the agitation and certainly spinning jumpers at 1600 could be where the problem lies. The shirts in question could also be the same issue.
An article here on care labels should help you identify the correct cycle for those items.Sadly I don’t have a copy of the instructions to hand to guide you to a quick wash option, but you should find it in there.
HTH 🙂

Customer collected nice new shiny Bosch WTS86500 condenser dryer with steam refresh. Hour later she’s on the phone.
What’s the bottle of distilled water for in the drum, I thought tumble dryers took water out of clothes not put it in?
The water is for the steam refresh, we talked at some length about it before you ordered the appliance. Have you not seen this in the instructions, it does tell you all about it in the green section.
No I havn’t opened that pack up yet they are on the worktop.
Well then I suggest you read them before you use the machine

Hi Allan
I can’t find anything from that prod no. Might be an idea to Google by the model number or try Belling direct.

Flights, hotel and late performance Tattoo tickets all booked for the 24th August 😀
Probably won’t eat at the Witchery though as we are going to the later show for the extended fireworks. Anyone know of a good restaurant on or near Royal Mile?
