No UK backup just a one year swap out guarantee. There is a website here for them. Might be worth contacting before you write it off.

Their website carries little contact details only a feedback form which as a consumer I would find a little disconcerting. Googling their name followed by the word complaint brings up nothing either.
If you require peace of mind and a first class service then Dave in our own spares shop can obtain almost every conceivable spare part out there. Contact email in first instance to spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk will get the ball rolling.
