Sorry to say, you are not going to get a reliable well made 50:50 split integrated fridge freezer for anywhere near that figure.
To get a decent non frost free which will be more reliable you will need to look at the reputable brands like Bosch, Neff and Gorenje. If your budget won’t stretch to these then I would look at Hotpoint, Indesit and Beko.

I do not know of any double ovens with the side open main oven door sadly to say.
Bosch produce a single oven which can be either right hand or left hand hinge. Neff also produce a single oven with a slide away door.
I have sold two single ovens in the past on several occasions, where with some alteration to the oven tower these can be accommodated on an up and over basis.
