I wouldn’t remove anything from the appliance as it could invalidate your guarantee.
Return to the retailer with the information they quoted and ask for an exchange or refund.
I see Argos still have it quoted at 136cm high 😉

HJA8703 is a Howdens model number.
AWS list the fan housing as 09077868 and the fan as 03870104 which they say is no longer available.

Hoover Candy still list some spare parts but sadly no exploded view. Can you explain a little further please on which part it is you are after and I’ll have another look.

Model made circa 1998, BSH no longer list spares although the model is recognised. Got a Connect reference from Partmaster 5031686350450 which goes to 263331 on Connect, but sadly says obsolete. BSH still list that part number so it may still be available there.
Sorry it’s in a roundabout way but it was the only way I could find out the info 😆
