Hi
KD1450S is a fridge freezer. Two bushes listed, top of fridge door position no. 12 is 6658540, bottom of freezer door position 19 is 6658570. The middle hinge assy block is a seperate issue altogether.

Can you recheck the model number please as Miele list a 1450S and a 1450SD nothing with GB at the end.
In fact the last part of the model is very similar to Bosch 😉

That 5031 number goes to 1800841 which are now obsolete. Even Hotpoint are no longer listing them for that machine which is quite old now.
