Have had a good look around and like you I cannot find any 50:50 at that height either. One option would be to stack two under counters with a shelf between but then you would need to adjust the doors to fit. Column machines are to tall when stacked so that’s a no go as well.
So it looks like either a new housing to take a 177 or your customer forgets about the doors and has a freestanding 55cm wide machine. Hotpoint RFA52P or the frost free version FFA52P which are 174 high and 50:50 split could be an option.

You will need to check for the factory reference on the rating plate postioned on the right hand side of the hood towards the back.
The UKW shop may be able to help, send an email to spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk If they are unable to help then DR cooker hoods should be able to help.

The only brand we recommend under that figure is Gorenje they have a five year parts and labour guarantee and are mainly sold through the independants and kitchen specialists. There are a few online traders if you want to Google 😉
The only other issue to think about are the door splits as they do vary between fridge and freezer 50:50, 60:40 and 70:30.

Part number for friction damper is 4151280.
Not sure how many are fitted as only one is shown on parts diagram, however order text says qty order is two 😕 Whether that’s pairs or singles I’m not sure.
Perhaps a phone call to Miele spares on 0845 365 6605 may help.
