If you paid by creidt / debit card or cheque then the statement may suffice as proof of purchase.
Failing that I would visit the retailer where it was purchased. Most retailers will have an exchange policy in place and if you play nice then you may get a result 😉
There are no parts that I can find available from any of our suppliers, so I guess it’s exchange only in the first year.
If all that fails then I guess the Morphy option is about as good as it gets.

Went over to AWI today and found a guy in the workshop. He was fairly tight lipped and all he would say was that AWI was in “suspended trading” and mail shots will be going out in the next few days. If you have any questions to put to him I will have a go monday.

Definately the dishwasher. If it can be designed freestanding with a built in option it would give ISE the product that no other manufacturer can currently offer.
