Sorry but we are unable to help with gas repairs.
This link explains why you will need a gas safe registered engineer to carry out the repair.
If you click the find an engineer in your post you may well find one in your area.

You have my support on this one helo_75.
As an ex Comet employee I still have quite a few friends on both the service and sales side who do a fine job.
The industry is big enough for both the indie and the multi national and as such they do work well together, contrary to popular belief.
What the bricks and mortar retailers should be looking at is getting together and coming up with a plan to battle the online only traders.

Hi Martin
If you have the installation kit with the fixings and template, the installation instructions should be in the same pack. If you don`t have anything at all then you will need part no. C00095275. spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk should be able to supply one.
To install the unit physically you could purchase an end panel from your local kitchen supplier to make the “second side” of the housing and add a small fillet to take up the remanider of the space.

Looks like the Hotpoint is discontinued at Hotpoint and none left either so that should ease the decision making process 😉 Even if were still available it would come second in a two horse race!!
