    Hi
The only person I can think of who still pops in here from time to time is Moderator iadom if he doesn’t see this in a few days send him a private message. He spent a large chunk of his working life at Hotpoint.

    Exactly 🙂

We mainly use Connect , if we get an issue with pricing and they don’t help we just simply use Ebay etc.

It depends on how much money you are prepared to throw at it as the appliance cannot be replaced.

Have seen a few of these over the years, very heavy units and built like tanks. Mainly made in white back in the day. Nothing like it anymore.

All kitchen suppliers can source either door panels which come made ready to fit. Along with the likes of B & Q and Wickes who maybe a tad cheaper. DO NOT go for semi integrated as all but a couple of manufacturers have now discontinued them. Fully integrated is much more available and the price is also cheaper.

You are not going to get a freestanding dishwasher at 58cm again. The reason being that the place settings have increased over the last few years so every little bit of the 60cm depth is needed. The current crop of Kenwood are 66cm deep!!

The only you will get a full size machine in is to go integrated which are on average 55cm deep but you will need to get a cosmetic door to match your cupboards and the plinth will need adding to.

The differences are minor, it’s all in the marketing 😉

I would just order one quick while there is stock available.

The official explanation is the following and I have attached the WAN28201 so you can see the KWH per annum.

    Annual energy consumption (kWh/year)

Annual estimated energy consumption is also given on washing machines energy efficiency labels. This is based on 220 cycles of a combination of full and partial cotton loads at 40 °C and 60 °C. That means the assumption is that the washing machine is run at least 4 times a week. Your individual washing habits will make a big impact on the actual amount of power your washing machine uses. Still, multiplying the annual energy consumption of a washing machine with the cost of electricity per kWh in your region will give you a good estimate of how much it will cost to run that appliance year-round.

Just checked on the trade Bosch portal, the WAN28201 is now obsolete and no stock left at Bosch. That said they have discontinued quite a few models in the last month in order to increase production on the more popular models.
