    Hi

For that type of use you will definitely need to go for something better than a Numatic Henry. I would take a look at the Sealey, Nilfisk and Draper machines.

He’s certainly not on our planet anymore 😉 I have just deleted user and the posts.

IP address suggests on mainland Europe and a known problem address.

Not only that but when you start with the undertones he/she was using it has to be deleted.

    Hi

According to Neff spares the part number is 12004051 for the pair. It’s always best to replace them as a pair 😉

Send an email to spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk quoting your model number they will be able to supply you.

    Hi

I could go with either of those freezers. Just make sure there is adequate ventilation all round.

    Hi

Frost free refrigeration does need an minimum temperature of approx 15 degrees in order for the sensors to work. If they don’t the freezer will not maintain a safe temperature.

Luckily the Beko with their freezer guard technology are good down to -15 degrees C or so they say.

    Hi

Liebherr and Miele (also made by Liebherr) are the best there is. Next best Bosch and then believe it or not the Beko range.

Just out of curiosity where is the freezer situated and does it experience extreme temperatures?

    Hi

It is now widely known that the Bosch and Neff machines with the plastic bases have been troublesome over the last few years. There have been a few mods most of which have been unsuccessful. The modification kit which is now available to fit is an unknown quantity when it comes to longevity of repair.

The good news is all the other machines with the stainless steel tanks have not had any issues at all.

In a nutshell Bosch series 2 have the plastic bases while series 4 and up are full stainless steel tanks. I would have to check Neff in the morning when I’m back at my desk.

All other brands have the full stainless steel tanks so don’t be put off by the issues you have had.

    Thanks Mark

Will check it out but E19 is definitely the valve which as I said was open circuit.

    Hi

Are the two machines on top of each other?

Can you measure the two appliance doors (not the wooden ones) please.

    Hi

I have asked the question re fault codes and service info etc and am awaiting a reply. We could do with this info anyway as we stock quite a lot of the products.

In the meantime a little background info on Minerva service can be found here on UKW.
