ParticipantRe: Luce by Hotpoint?
Gave them ago and put a nice working display of them in my showroom, load of crap same as before just dressed in better clothes, issues with units sticking out further than other models. I ripped it all out in the end and put some more Neff on display.

Look at bosch, neff, siemens, liebherr. Make sure you note what door mounting system your current model has before buying. You need to get the right type.

I sell a lot of bosch dishwashers and it isn’t a problem that any customer has told about.

I would guess that your customer isnt using a seperate rinse aid and the pots are not at an angle to allow the water the sheen off.

Martin you are trying to justify your comments about cost, i would say most of the engineers spend more than £40 a year on tools, air fresheners, pens, cleaners etc etc, this is just another tool which in my opinion is not a lot of money at all, like most things we have to pay for its true value is only realised when it gets us out a hole or solves a problem, like liability insurance, i have never claimed yet spent thousands on it, also i spend more than £40 a year washing my van!

The first thing to do is to read your contract, it may have a paragraph there that covers your responsibility on access to your bins. Read it and most certainly dont ignore the letter or throw it in the bin.
