Well it was none of the above, gearbox was siezed, turns out it had sat in their holiday home for over a year unused, i freed off the gearbox by manually turning the power unit pulley, fired it up and it squeked and groaned for about 5 minutes then returned to normal sound, inside was like new, customer was very happy, and so was i!

The Zug is swiss and i use to sell them, but they are not big in this country and there was talk of them pulling out, i sold all my display off because of that rumour, fantastic products and excellent quality.
If you want good quality and back up, look at Neff as they offer both and most independant repairers will repair them out of warranty.(plus you have had one for 20 years!)Re: Combi oven and electric oven combined?

Belling make a built in and freestanding version with a built in microwave.

I wouldnt worry unless you are trying to pass yourself off as the manufacturer or doing something that the manufacturerer would take exception to.
I cant recall anyone ever being sued by the manufacturer.Re: Appliance Colours??
It depends on weather you told the customer they would match. They are made in two different factories.

I have had this before, it can happen after a power cut or sometimes the customer putting it in demo mode. Try resetting the appliance.
