This model does not have a direct drive motor.
The motor stutters at the beginning of a rotation then it turns. After a couple of minutes the motor stutters and doesn’t turn.
Anyone point us in the right direction.

Had a look at the LED board. Water stains around the on off switch. Customer didn’t want to pay for a LED board.:(

Update: change the brush set – repaired. Happy customer. 🙂
