    Hmmm, thought that meself Chris, but why do it after the heat cycle & just before the rinse cycle. Also the door indicator light shows its locked & ok!

    Sounds like you had a good time, it is a pity about the hassle you get ,I got it in Bali & V’nam but you learn a few words of the local lingo like “no thank you ” or just” NO ” also learn” hello” & other greetings & they leave you alone!

    Andrew, yes it pumps out ok but only when the dial is turned to the spin position. It seems to be a mechanical type timer & not an electronic or pre-select type.

    When Mark & Liza where on these past 2 weeks they did stick to a playlist of sorts but kept sneaking a few gems in from time to time. Overall Radio2 does play a good selection of music in the daytime,I don’t think they have such a rigid playlist as say Radio 1 & some of the local tinpot* radio stations have.
