    Thanks for your replys lads, will get a cable tomorrow and try what you have suggested. I have got the software disc that came with the phone Jim, i take it that is what i need to put onto the comp and give it a try from there.

    If you go to http://www.amdry.com you will be able to download parts and service manuals for these machines. Its an easy enough job to do, the ones i have done didnt take long to do. Hope that helps abit
