ParticipantRe: hotpoint larder fridrge
push on liner at the back, make sure its not loose or creasing at the corners, liner failure common, phial comes adrift from correct position….unrepairable

ParticipantRe: Hotpoint Condenser Tumble Dryer tripping
depending on where the machine is (ie flooring), just drill a 3mm hole at the lowest point, and glue some dense foam on the outside over the top off the hole, like a foam nappy, also check that the hole in the wall if they had a vented machine is sealed off, filled in or blocked, as cold air coming through that and hitting the rear cover will cause your problem as any moist air inside the cover will condensate, turn to water and trip the heater

ParticipantRe: Strange WD440 fault
for some strange reason these wd’s kind of get a corrupted programme, if you put it on wash they hardly tumble, usually cured by reprogramming eeprom… hope that helps
