    these figures are NOT times, the processor constantly looks at the variables ie water pressure, temp etc and recalculates as long as it completes with no errors 2 hrs is not out of the ordinary, washing machines are the same, times displayed will vary back and forward throughout the wash cycle and it is not a fault

    thanks for your help guys, bearings fine, I still suspect oob, I havent seen code come up myself, she could have read it wrong….

    check heater, they stick 1 min to end if heater o/c

    if you fit new backplate to old drum it WILL leak, due to wear on tub (all that white powder you find when splitting them, thats why you have to either pull bearing out and fit new bearings or fit new tank and backplate together

    hi, make sure they are not using rinse aid with 3 in 1 tablets, this could cause foaming that could be affecting appliance

    yeah, check heater and fan wires on right hand side where clipped to cabinet as well, orange wire chaffed to cabinet, will cause problem………..

    hate those timers, they do have a loud crack as they reverse, jump out of my skin everytime, but it isn’t a fault, its just how they are :rolls: :rolls:

    also once new board fitted and working, fit a splash guard on it,(sorry cant remember part no) this will stop moisture from dryer vent damaging the board again, ps check wiring, often burnt and damaged …

    OTHERWISE JUST LEAVE THE BOTTOM WEIGHT LOOSE, FIT THE FRONT PLATE, THEN TIGHTEN THE WEIGHT UP FULLY AFTERWARDS…….

    ntc are the thermistors, ie temp sensors, one in the wash heater or tub and one on the heater box, favourite is the wires to the thermistor on the heater box, they break , if all sensors and wiring are ok it could be the board 😯 😯

    try informing customers condoms are one use only and not to be washed and used again, great if you can keep a straight face 😛 😛 😛
