Steve Clarke is the UK Serviceforce Manager with Andrew Chedd,Richard Billen John Russell and Mike Milne under him as area managers. Steve reports to the operations director Mike Parsonage.
I would safely say he cannot throw his weight around like Alan Steward as his wings have been clipped reporting to Mike Parsonage.

    Cont.

I havn’t got a crystal ball but if you look back to PESN.
Payments got worse, excuses everymonth -Cheques need 2 signatures now, sent cheque last week havn’t you got it yet, Auditors are in ,systems down. Look what happened, luckily we got out early and only lost £400. I think I and a lot of you can see whats coming and its going to be big.

    Lets look at the facts.
Xmas last year NESN’s bankers stuffed them on their o/d facility ( did some of us people buy shares). Nice cash injection/cashflow clawback.
Promises of factoring after the Feb VAT fiasco 50 {e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} payments etc. No 100 {e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} payments on Non Coverplan payments this year, and now an other VAT payment period and 60 {e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} payment.
E- mails that are blatent lies received in the fortnight after this and nobdy at all at NESN having a clue as to what amounts are being paid and when there being paid.
In the mean time new accountant employed, but loads of staff taking redundancy or being made redundant.
Lots of debit notes being raised with the hope that people don’t chase them, more cashflow improvement.
Now this sneaky trick with IT.
This new accountant seems to be clued up on the tricks of the trade ( money trade).
Could he be NESN’S SAVIOUR! LOL and PMP (pissed my pants).
I have have it on good authority I am militant because I put NESN on stop this month. But I only did what they do to clients every month. I also have put other work providers on stop in the not to distant past and they still use us. JT has got my area covered for when I resign or get chucked out, I pity the poor bastards.

I think u should follow your instincts ,especially after their latest escapade with the websoms which has saved them paying me approx 4k on the next payment run.Their new accountant knows how claw money back ,and save on cashflow.

But who’s the Spanish Tosser. (Juan Kerr). For those who hadn’t noticed a exceptionally good play on words( did take me a while). I don’t really want to know his/her identity, anonimity is the reasoning behind the name.

If Nesn do go to the wall there is no doubt in my mind they would take Electrue and lots of Service agents with them ,I have been told what i am due from NESN for my coverplan work and that ties up with my ledgers ,but I was told it was dependant on what Electru/Coverplan pay them.
I had a meeting with Maria Whelan on Friday and she intimated that Nesn dont want to do the Coverplan work ( basically because its costing them too much ) But she did say that all the southern agents really like the work and want more.( I suspect along with everyone else this statement is a load of bollocks) Personally I don’t trust her at all. No doudt everything I said to her will be turned upside down ,twisted inside out and then reported back to JT.No doubt I wont be invited on to the board.

I would gladly nominate Mark for this position, just to see the resulting firework display or to see how far a teddy could be thrown from a pram.

It needs to be kept strictly in the war room. It only takes an inadvertant slip by someone and everybody in the industry would find out. It’s not just the network operators that it would upset but also certain manufacturers would not look on it too kindly either, especially if some of their agents were involved at the bottom level. we would obviuosly have to be careful with Electrue as well especially if they are setting on a Network Manager. Also whats Mr Harrisons job going to be at Whirlpool?

Glad to see JP’s reared his head above the parapet, thought for moment he didn’t know how to use a computer?Or have you been busy installing an air con unit!

For all the folk who havn’t been to the Queensgate Hotel b4, Dont get into Peterborough and drive round the Queensgate area,(which several of us have done b4 ). Instead follow the signs for the football ground its about 500yds away from the Hotel on a traffic light junction.
