They still havn’t finished the visits, going to be interesting 12 months ! ! !
Its only 4 techs workload for me now.
I have already made the decision that when they knock on my door , I am not helping them out.
The Eletrolux brand will just be trashed.Then again it might be a good thing , tubs, built in, microwaves, poor quality gas appliances and a low FTF . So may be good riddance.

NL Services (citing ill health , but also really despondent with Lux , Beko and D&G ) has sold to Pacifica , prior to that Megan , Not going to be many left ….. But I think that’s what Lux want anyway , less agents to handle !

Came back on yesterday afternoon late on, within half an hour a complaint email asking us to shed light on a customer complaining we cant complete her job because we are saying their system is down ! Really doe’s make me wonder !

Dave was supposed to come and see me yesterday, but rang and cancelled the night before, he told me he had been moved out of Repaircare and going back into sales on the Connect side. I understand he is not a happy bunny, shame really, looks like they have passed him over again! There seems to have been a big change in attitude by a lot of staff at Repaircare at the moment, I dont think taping everyones phone calls has helped that !!!
Hope the DAG guy isn’t going to pull all the DAG work into Repaircare !

If you could find out the part number for the sealant I would be interested, both me and Alex are ‘lux’ agents. I have never sealed a cracked liner and neither has Alex by the sound of it. If queried I would advise on bacteria and moisture penetration. Also would not offer a guarantee.

Heard this yesterday (probably old news to some of you ) Apparantly Tina has left ( Southern Contact), Andy farmer has now got all the agents, but they have set someone else on who Andy reports to ! Why install another level of management between Andy and Dave P. ???

Had same conversation a couple of weeks ago, told her its only possible for techs to ring the auth . line if its a ber without parts. Its not practical to do due to the vast range of products and the lack of technical help from manufacturers. (there is no one sat at the end of a phone anymore waiting to give assistance ! ).

Well , for one I am still not booking any fresh calls till after we see the money. If we dont get payment weds, then we will unbook any calls that have been previously booked.
Promises of payment ! might as well send you a photocopy of a cheque, doesn’t mean you will get paid.
If everythings fine why have they not done a same day transfer ?
Me like everyone else had a VAT bill to pay on the 7th, Unless Hi group pay there VAT differently I bet HM customs were paid on time !
I as well as many others lost money with Lofra and MFI, I restricted my loss by putting them on Credit Stop well before they went to the wall, I put up with abuse and threats but stood my ground, these companies would not hesitate to put us on stop because of late payment, even though they are supplying spares for their jobs.
Lets see what happens next week, I have already been told they will find someone else to put there work with if I put them on stop.

The video looking at the stats it mentions I would say was made by Electrolux and advertises Serviceforce as a national brand . ( It just happens so use Responds property and van and engineer because it’s all properly liveried up and he would offer his guy and van for free for the cudos.)
Web site , if he’s after national coveragefor humself, it’s new to me, as one of the bigger SF agents I think I would have heard of.
They used to have 5 centres around London and home counties, Last I heard they were down to 50 engineers doing approx 90{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} electrolux work, SD is trying hard to find other work due to Electroluxs massive drop in sales over the past 3 years, ( My Lux workload is down by over 40 {e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d})I think his site is to try and stop D&G getting all his chargeable work, this is a real bone of contention within SF.
RSL are one of the business successes of the Electrolux management buyout, they own quite a bit of property, they have tried to get into commercial repairs, Sales both shop and internet. they are constantly trying to diversify and find new ventures. SD business partner does the financials and admin , SD does IT and technical. It’s 50/50 ownership as I understand. They are a strong team.
They are a pain in the ass for Lux. Electolux must hate the day when they gave them so much area.
I personnally think you need to find another whipping boy, I dont think there is any mileage in what your saying……. Or do you know something I don’t……. Stick to battering 0800repair !
The masterfix thing by them 2 in Chesterfield , it’s been murmered for years now , will it ever happen ?

D&G and Lux wanted us all to do it at a fixed price, we managed to stop it, but we all moan about them intercepting the telephone calls from chargeable customers !
