I did exactly the same Dave, But I’ve not had a reply , P.S. I also asked for 60 days credit, full spares returns,extra for drum and system jobs and my invoices to be paid in 30 days, with no reduced rate for BER’s.

Ken I take it your still on the E-mail list even though you’ve been kicked off. This just shows how organised they are regarding communication. The latest bunch of e-mails are only being sent out because they feel threatened.
NESN’s managed princples of ‘divide and rule’ and ‘mushroom syndrome’ are no longer working due to this web site and the e-mail list, all thanks to you Ken. Keep up the good work.
They will now have to start talking to us properly and treating us with the respect we deserve.
