    I have been doing repairs for about 3 months for them – not a lot of work but always pay on time. They provide the parts.Make sure you agree to a tight service area as they only pay on completed jobs.

    BSH sent me a pcb for a Neff oven that box had been opened and taped up – pcb was covered in burnt grease and terminals were all marked. Returned for full refund.

    Check the bottom wash blade.If its the plastic type ,they tend to split along the weld and spray water at an angle that goes under the door seal.
