    tried belt but no difference, on second inspection sounds like its the motor thats the fault but not exactly cheap on these.

    really? completly sounds like its coming from the housing and the tension is making it knock in the housing?

    thomsons works well for me in my area but yp is fading, strange as i only have smallish ads with thomsons but def worth it.

    thanks for that very interesting, belt not snapped yet but seems a big job to modify all the bits on such a cheap machine!

    this bloke is a complete tosser and to describe him as an engineer is beyond a joke, he is nothing more than a common thief who should be dealt with by the police accordingly. if he showed up on my doorstep looking like he did with a couple of screwdrivers i would not be parting with any cash. pity they dont do a prog called fair traders or something but dont suppose that would be exciting enough!

    are they in cahoots with on-call? as recently being seeing their vans but they are delivery size vans as opposed to the smaller type i would associate with repairers.
