    hi martin,
    where are the 2 micros situated,
    ive checked the 2 that are situated beside the water infill tank, 1 of them brings on the anti flood,..

    im not getting 240 to overfill valve, the one thats in the cupboard, seems to be only supplying a live to it.
    no lights on control panel at all. wires inside door are ok.

    hi part no for belt i got,
    bag it came in says invicta bwm015 belt
    also has this no 840201,
    doesn’t actually state if its a wash belt

    yes we did training on them recently, new modules have modem plug fro hooking up to the internet, only available in korea/china just know..
    they have built them taller than the rs 21..

    there was that much stuff on them i cant remember most of it..

    certainly not the case in our patch,
    we get samsung parts quite quickly from gb-dar,
    there was a spell when we couldn’t get a part for their American f/f,
    but solved now..

    you do get full call out fee if samsung products are exchnaged

    change the cover evaporator in freezer, baffle motor sticks (this is where strange noise is coming from).lights flashing is also a symptom of this..

    sorry for late reply alex,

    yes i think the agent should be paid for a call out where parts are wrong ,
    or manu has then decided to do work them selfs, thankfully we dont get to many calls like that..
