    update…..
    got element today , matched it up with a few i already have…
    guess what….
    same as range master…identical,
    could of saved a few bucks, but wasnt to know and hadnt seen appliance/element b4 ordering ???

    so if you get this oddball element use the rangemaster if its cheaper.easier to obtain??

    had a look on masterparts site…does look like the zanny one, and kinda like the rangemaster one as well….
    customers is 30 miles away……

    sorry for late reply, got a mate who works with diplo,
    he says its the fan elelment thats faulty….
    hes had a few like this…..
    still hasnt worked out the reason for the prob though …

    how many samsung f/f are sold in scotland,?
    how many are samsung having to exchange?
    you would think it would make sense for samsung to offer training in scotland ???

    possible arcing before wire snapped…
    doesnt take much for pcbs to take a dive…
    after all there foriegn…
    not like our british pcbs eh ????
